Guided Meditation: Step Into Your Magical Self

“Close your eyes…
Take a deep breath in… and let it go.
Feel yourself arriving fully in this sacred moment.”

Step 1: Breath of Release

“With each inhale, draw in clarity.
With each exhale, release the heaviness you’ve been carrying.
See it leaving your body like smoke dissolving into the air.
Whisper softly: I release what no longer serves.
( repeat a few times)

Step 2: Vision of Transformation

Now, imagine a golden light descending from above.
It pours into your heart, filling every cell with warmth and radiance.
Blocks melt away like ice under the morning sun.
Whisper: I transmute heaviness into golden freedom.

(pause a few seconds - breathe into your whisper)

Step 3: Mantra of Power

Place your hands over your heart
Speak these words aloud, letting them vibrate through your being:

  • I transmute heaviness into golden light; I rise as my radiant, sovereign self.

  • Barriers dissolve like mist before the sun; my path opens in luminous power.

  • I awaken the alchemist within; I embody magic, freedom, and divine purpose.

Take 5 cleansing breaths awakening the power from the golden light encompassing your heart

Take one final deep breath.
