This is a self-paced course, allowing you to move through the material at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you. While everyone’s experience is unique, many women begin to notice subtle shifts in clarity, calm, and self-awareness within the first week of engaging with the practices.

This course includes guided lessons designed to support clarity and self-awareness, thoughtful reflection prompts to help you integrate what you’re learning, and peace-centered practices you can return to daily. You’ll also receive the Aligned Action Plan to help you translate insight into meaningful action. In addition, the course comes with a curated playlist, a 2026 calendar, and 365 journal prompts to support ongoing reflection, consistency, and alignment throughout the year.
